Life is full of struggles, but it’s a lot of pleasure when you finally achieve your objectives. It’s critical to have a goal in order to attain it and find your position in the world. It’s not that you have to defeat someone. In fact, if you do, he or she may not accept their defeat with dignity, causing resentment. ‘If you persuade someone against their will, he will stay the same person with the same opinion,’ goes the old adage. What should we do now to reclaim our position, gain influence over people’s minds, and deflect resentment ? Well, the question is whether it is indeed doable. Lets read further.
In my life, I’ve encountered people who had good communication skills but lacked the necessary information or understanding to speak about and debate on a particular topic. Tantamount, I’d seen a case where someone had poor communication skills but were excellent with knowledge, and as a result, they became successful. So instead of having a tantrum about their communication abilities and wasting someone’s time, I was/am genuinely hitting on folks that were/are always knowledgeable.
Let me explain: if you know what to talk about and discuss, you’ve already performed 50 to 60% of the labour. Most people place a premium on motivational speeches and personality development, but I feel that once you have the knowledge, motivation and personality development come naturally. Now, don’t get your communication skills and knowledge mixed up. Communication skills are the capacity to have a solid command of one or two languages, however knowledge about something is the ability to know that you can talk about any exclusive and inclusive issue, so you have confidence when you know things and if it falls within your terrain. If you’re confident, it shows in your character, and you’re already eager to share what you’ve learned, whereas speaking skills come as part of a package, and you must study or obtain knowledge.
What people make here, and why they don’t comprehend the course of action prudently, is because they believe they are important. Almost everyone thinks of himself as significant, but what will happen If as an individuals you value others, I believe many people’s life will get changed, Isn’t it?
So the idea here is that making others feel important is exactly what you need to do in order to be remembered. Most people try to persuade others to their point of view by talking excessively. Instead Allow the others to talk it out amongst themselves. You might be tempted to interrupt if you disagree with them, But don’t go there, it’s risky, they won’t pay attention to you while you’re interrupting, and they’ll find a way to respond or contradict you. Remember that others may be completely wrong, but they don’t believe it. Don’t judge them. That is something that any fool can do. Try to comprehend them, because only wise, tolerant, and remarkable people are capable of doing so. “Enthusiasts are worth listening to,” as the phrase goes. They constantly provide us with facts and knowledge that is unquestionably valuable to us and enhances our understanding to discuss.
Knowledge is essential, if you have it, it will show in your tone. For example, how would you reply if I asked you about your career prospects in the next five to ten years ? Be truthful. Do you think things will likely stay the same as they are now? Or would you describe a higher-level position as one that offers more difficulties, responsibilities, and financial rewards? If you say, “I don’t know where I’m heading in my job,” there’s a good chance that nothing will change. Your lack of vision and direction would reflect in your words and tone. On the other hand, if you have a clear goal that you can explain frequently, even if only to yourself, you have a good chance of achieving it.
I recommend that you don’t keep replaying the same old myths in your head, strengthening the same old ideas, and obtaining the same old consequences. Now it’s up to you whether you keep repeating the same old theme of motivation and personality development in our heads like a broken record. Or you want to take the next step and learn more about the subject. Remember, it is up to you to communicate in a way that will help you achieve your goals in life, and you will see yourself starting to move in a positive path.
“Nothing occurs by itself,” said by Ben Stein, a famous comedian, American writer, and political and economic analyst. “It all comes your way once you grasp that you have to make it come your way by your own efforts.” So be aware that The Heaven Helps Those Who Act, and that if you want to be knowledgeable, you must read or listen to your superiors, ask questions to a limited number of people and wait for them to respond, don’t interrupt even if you know they are wrong, just filter the information and be a source of knowledge, and then watch your confidence grow.
