Hello there, I have come up again with a new story about How To Deal with Failures. Before I would start, I would emphasize on Faith and Persistence. Faith and Persistence are the only basis of all so called miracles and of many mysteries that can be explained by the rules of logic or science. We have heard many times that the only way we can rise, conquer and achieve is by lifting up our thoughts. The only reason we may remain abject and miserable is when we refuse to lift up our thoughts, moreover when we don’t have faith in us. Most spiritual leaders say, We are making use of only a small part of our physical ad mental resources, compared with what we ought to be, we are only half awake. Stating the thing broadly, the human individual thus lives far within his limits. Every human possesses powers of various sorts which he habitually fails to use, but we don’t know how prudently those successful people had used their full strength and became successful in the past. Were they omniscient ?, Let’s read further.

Well, I must say, they may not be omniscient, however they were Persistent and their visions made their dreams come true but Result was never instantaneous. Remember that, The moment you begin to hurry, you cease yourself to be a creator. A seed first drops into the ground, springs into activity and then the act of living produces hundreds of more seeds. The same Persistence and consecration once helped an American Businessmen “Raymond Albert Kroc” in 1954.

Mr. Kroc is best known for expanding McDonald’s from a local Restaurant chain to the world’s most profitable Restaurant franchise operation. Mr. Kroc was a struggling salesman of milkshake mixers. Most of his customers were restaurants only, In those days restaurants used to purchase only one or two units of milkshake mixers and their was no demand as such. He was intrigued once to visit a restaurant, when he received a huge order of mixers from a small food outlet in San Bernardino, California. He visited the Local Food Restaurant to see what had just crept it there and how a small restaurant could sell so many shakes and ordered a huge unit of milkshake mixers. When he reached there, it was the busiest restaurant he had ever seen. This restaurant served only 3 products – Hamburgers, French Fries and Shakes, all at the lowest price in the area. They served it in disposable packaging and there was no place for customers to sit inside the restaurant and eat but still the restaurant deluged with customers.

Their is a saying – ‘You can not act where you are not, You can not act where you have been, and You can not act where you are going to be, But You can act only where you are’. Tantamount, Mr. Kroc saw an opportunity, Innovation in a Fast Food service and high-quality and affordable products. Mr. Kroc loved this and for the first time saw a restaurant business that was scalable under a Franchise . He proposed this idea to the McDonald’s brothers, He convinced the brothers to give him a contract to grow up the business through a franchise network and they agreed to implement it. Within a few years, McDonald’s became the top selling food outlet in the country and became the prototype of the fast food industry. Mr. Kroc later bought out the McDonald’s brothers and expanded the business into an international phenomenon and that made him one of the richest men of his time. Mr. Kroc had tried many businesses before he met the McDonald’s brothers, none of them were great successes. But he never gave up and when he partnered with the McDonald’s brothers he also had challenges – overdue bank loans, bad franchisees, differences with his partners on growth, etc. But he persisted like a bull and eventually made a fortune.

In Conclusion, Just do not feel that you have no chance to get successful, maybe you feel there is no visible opportunity at your workplace, but hold yourself for the right course, Use your will to keep yourself thinking and acting in a certain way. The more steady, continuous your faith and purpose are, the more rapidly you will become successful. The results would not be instantaneous but Persistence can lead you in the right direction. ‘Norman Vincent Peale’ was an American author who is best known for his work in popularizing the concept of Positive Thinking in the self-help industry has said – ‘To Change your Circumstances, first start thinking differently.’ Believe me, If Mr. Kroc hadn’t grown more and more dissatisfied with his work as a salesman, he never would have been open to switching the project and career. Every successful personality had to face this rough road that led them to the heights of greatness. Your problems are there to serve you – not to destroy you. So remember, the next time you suffer a problem or setback in your life.

I hope you would like our minor contribution to the spreading of positivity in society. If you like this article, please do share your comments. Thank you……
